England, Wales and Scotland
If the item you are ordering is in stock we will dispatch within 2 working days and your item will be sent on a next day courier. Hangers and Suit Bags that are less than 2kg are smaller and can be sent via the post to keep the price down for you.
If you have ordered an item in any colour other than black, please allow extra time of up to 2 weeks.
You are not able to see what is in or out of stock (because you can still place an order and we place your order in a back order queue system) so we will endeavour to inform you if there will be any delays with your delivery. However, if you require your order for a specific date, we recommend emailing or telephoning us to check if the item is in stock and if it is possible to meet your required date.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Please note most items are sent on a next working day service via an external courier. The delivery charge is the cost of getting the item to your destination once the goods are in stock and ready to leave our premises. Delivery times are subject to adverse weather conditions. Whilst we will do everything we can to assist with your delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit. Where possible, we will always ship orders the next working day after they are received if the item is in stock.
Our goods are sent by courier and a signature is required upon delivery. You can either have your item delivered at home, to a work address or an alternative address where you know someone will be available to take receipt. Should the courier miss you they will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel. It may be possible to ask the courier to leave the item in a secure location if you know you will not be in however we can only do this with written instructions from yourselves and this it at your own risk.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
The same applies as above for England however please allow a few more days for delivery. The cost of carriage will be calculated at the checkout point.
We have teamed up with eBay to offer you very competitive international shipping rates. Most of our products are available to purchase from us through eBay (at the same price including carriage as you can buy from this website), however if you order through eBay you can choose an overseas destination and see how much the shipping cost will be. We find these rates are very competitive and makes the ordering process much easier for you. Please note eBay will not accept all of our items due to their large sizes, if the item you are interested in is not part of the Global Shipping Programme please email us with your requirements and your delivery address and we will get a carriage quotation for you.
